Now, I can’t make a church grow and neither can you. Only God can do that, “I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth” (1 Corinthians 3:6). However, you can position the church to grow. You can knock down the barriers that keep the church from growing and implement systems and strategies that will help transform more people. That’s what I’d love to ASSIST you to do.
A congregation grows by attracting and attaching people. Visibility attracts people and credibility attaches people. Systems and strategies expose your visibility and express your credibility. We have identified six (6) systems and several strategies within each system that will mobilize your members and grow your guests.
During the 6 years that I preached for the Spring Lake Church of Christ [now the Country Club Church of Christ, Fayetteville, NC], Spring Lake, North Carolina, the average Sunday attendance increased by 171% and the average weekly revenue increased by 210%. During the 3 years that I preached for the East Jackson Church of Christ, Jackson Tennessee, the average Sunday attendance increased by 10% and the average weekly revenue increased by 34%. Also, I ordained 3 elders and 6 deacons. During the 12 years that I preached for the Hillcrest church of Christ, Decatur, Georgia, the average Sunday attendance increased by 238% and the average weekly revenue increased by 451%. Also, I ordained 5 elders and 13 deacons. In addition, we have planted congregations in Mobile, Alabama, Stone Mountain, Georgia, Anderson, South Carolina and Bowling Green, Kentucky.
